Design Philosophy

I believe the best designers are the best consumers. As taste is an acquired skill, so is consumption; in all its cultures (minimalistic, modern, bohemian..etc). As long as the consumer is not falling for trends but rather embracing them.

I’m a very self-aware user and a lazy one too. It doesn’t matter if I’m a tourist navigating the metro system in Paris, utilising a sports watch, or surfing a website/application, I always seek to juice all the experience out of the medium to use it with maximum functionality and minimum effort. Experiencing its “bliss-point” as I refer to it.

In consequence I instantly detect pain-points.

Once so, I easily factorise them and effortlessly come up with outside-the-box type solutions that are comforting to the lazy user, designer and developer.

Claiming to excel in providing outside-the-box solutions is cheap, you hear it everywhere for free and proving it is very abstract. So allow me to pick and share a brief anecdote from my middle school years that may or may not illustrate the validity of my words.

The Audacious

The Audacious is a series of projects, case studies, ideas and sketches were I audaciously refine some of the world’s leading UX platforms and applications according to my convenience as a user, observer and a UX researcher.

Be Pro Athlete

Be Pro Athlete was my first ever figma project back in 2021. The website, unfinished, is of my ongoing athletic vision. It represents an idea, concept and a journey. In this old Figma project I started learning the basics about elements library, element animations, branding, logo design and used a combative and assertive copywriting to present the dynamic vision accurately.
